Damaged Or Defective Items Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at contact@brookevans.com within 30 days of the delivery date to report the issue and be eligible for a resolution. We have various solutions available to rectify any problems with your order, such as providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

In order to assist you better, we may request a photo of the problem or ask for the original item to be returned. If a return is necessary, please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.

Please be aware that failure to return the original item to our Returns Center, if instructed to do so, may result in the reversal of the refund or a charge for a replacement unit.

We reserve the right to decline service for any damaged or defective item reported after 30 days from the delivery date. Therefore, we recommend reporting any issues as soon as possible.
