Receiving the Wrong Item

Rest assured that we will promptly address the situation and replace the incorrect item for you. If you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us at contact@brookevans.com within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

To qualify for a resolution, we need you to provide us with a photo and/or return the original item. We have various solutions available to ensure that your order is corrected and meets your satisfaction. If you are instructed to return the original item and it does not reach our Returns Center, we reserve the right to withhold the refund or charge for a replacement. Please note that we will not accept reports of wrong items received after 30 days from the delivery date.
