Return Instructions

We appreciate your recent purchase from Brook Evans. Our goal is to make sure every customer is satisfied with their items, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Begin the return process by contacting our customer service team at contact@brookevans.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Carefully package the items you wish to return, ensuring that all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials are included.
4. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package, covering any previous labels or markings.
5. Use a reliable carrier to ship the package back to us, at your own expense. We recommend selecting a carrier that offers tracking information and insurance.
6. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging.
7. If the items meet our criteria of being in their original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. Please be aware that a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may be deducted for any items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
8. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized or made-to-order items. Also, keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
